The Vincent James Band would like all of it's fans to take a moment on this Memorial Day to remember and honor all those who have died in war or while otherwise serving our great country.

Charles Interrante, the bassist and leader of the acclaimed Vincent James Band, took time off to see see a performance of one of his all time favorite bass players, Rocco Francis Prestia, of Tower of Power.  Tower of Power performed at the Keswick Theater in Glenside, Pennsylvania on April 23rd and Charles, a superb bassist in his own right. had the pleasure to hang out with Rocco after an astounding show by the band.

The Vincent James Band took the stage at the Andrew Mellon Auditorium in Washington D.C. to entertain at a wedding reception with over 300 attendees.  In his welcome speech the father of the bride said "I heard the Vincent James Band twice in Philadelphia.  When I found out my daughter was getting married I called them to see if they would come to DC.  Wait until you hear this band!"

VJB did not disappoint this past weekend as the crowd rose to their feet and and just kept on dancing.  A great time was had by all.

On May 7th, VJB was asked to return to the stage at the Phoenixville Foundry in Phoenixville, PA for the annual Abington Memorial Hospital Black Tie Gala, sponsored by The Women's Board. VJB did not disappoint as the crowd was thrilled by the band's performance for the second year in a row.
