An incredible sunset, water views and yachts were the backdrop of Jacqueline and Eric's elegant reception in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. Always mindful of the guests in attendance, VJB customized their repertoire to best suit the flow and mood of the evening. 
 
Early on, as family and friends talked and caught up on life, they enjoyed listening and slow dancing to their favorite songs as performed by the tri-state area's best dance and party band, the Vincent James Band.  After dinner, guests were ready to hit the floor and burn off those calories. With shoes in a pile and their favorite cocktails, a singing, dancing crowd partied through the night with VJB!

Kelly's and Jay's wedding day took place on the picturesque grounds of Springton Manor Farm.  With rolling hills and beautiful sunset, this cool September evening was the perfect setting for their celebration. 

Classical guitar and flute ceremony music was provided by accomplished members of the Vincent James Band and was the highlight of this special event. 
 
A long and successful history has given the Vincent James Band an opportunity to establish a great working relationship with many other vendors. This night included seeing the familiar faces of the now Springton Manor Farm banquet manager, as well as two former VJB clients who stopped to say "hello" and to excitedly share their plans to "get down" with VJB.  This time as guests instead of hosts, their evening was spent partying and dancing the night away to the unforgettable performance that VJB brought to the stage.  The Vincent James Band would like to thank all the guests for your kind words and enthusiasm!

The arrangements for this event were planned via the mother of the bride, and she said that the groom insisted on planning his reception around the availability of the Vincent James Band.  He secured the date with the band before allowing any other reception plans including the venue.  

The Vincent James Band performed at Greystone Hall's very first event, and have been included on Greystone's pre-approved vendor list for many years. It's a venue the band loves to play at, and this event was no exception, especially considering the enthusiastic crowd they performed for.

The band is accustomed to talking to family and guests at their performances, but never get tired of hearing their enthusiastic compliments and accolades. VJB never takes for granted the excitement and fun they share with their audience, and owe all their popularity and success to the people they've been fortunate enough to work with and meet over the years.  This gracious group of people made every member of the band feel so appreciated and happy to spend a crazy evening partying with them!

This past Labor Day weekend's Sunday wedding reception was as raucous as they come.  The wedding guests amped up right from the cocktail hour.  They came into the ballroom, took their seats, then got back up and went right to the dance floor.  The party started before the wedding introductions and never quit!  Dancers jammed to everything from Motown to Missy Elliott.  And as often happens when VJB performs, they got to talk and reminisce with former clients, now guests, as they came up to the stage to recall the fun they had with the Vincent James Band at their own reception.  It was a fun and exciting way to spend the night!

This Sunday the Vincent James Band is set to take the stage once again.  They will be entertaining at the exclusive  Cescaphe Ballroom in Philadelphia, Pa. The lucky bride, groom, and guests are in for a real treat as Philadelphia's number one live dance and party band bring them to their feet, for what undoubtedly will be a great performance. Congratulations to Josh and Liz.
