As the Vincent James Band gets ready to close the books 2017, the band looks forward to a busy schedule in 2018.  You can join the band with your special someone on Valentine's Day at the historic William Penn Inn for a Valentine's Day Buffet Dinner Dance on February 16th.  Check it out on their Facebook events page.

Holiday Celebration for the Law Firm of Pepper Hamilton

The Vincent James Band performed at Philadelphia's Logan Hotel and despite the event taking place after work on a weeknight, it was a blast.  In fact, it's always fun to perform for the management and staff of Pepper Hamilton. This holiday celebration is the 14th consecutive party VJB has had the opportunity to spend with these great people. Special thanks goes to Peggy Love for her valued confidence and appreciation of the Vincent James Band over the many years they've been asked to perform for the celebration. She is one very special lady!

The Vincent James Band performed another great show at the corporate Christmas party for Aclaris Therapeutics on December 14th. The response was overwhelming as you can see from the letter below sent to the band's leader, Charles Interrante.

​Hi Charles – it was such a pleasure meeting all of you Thurs night!  You guys were the HIT of the evening and everyone is still talking about it.    Thank you so much for making our event spectacular!!  I haven’t danced in 7 years and it felt SO GOOD to have FUN!!  
 
And Tony was absolutely AMAZING on guitar….I could haven’t listened to him for hours!  Really enjoyed speaking with him as well.

Last Saturday, the Vincent James Band traveled to the Big Apple to perform at the luxurious 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge. Everyone loved the band so much that the clients wanted to extend VJB's performance time. They said they would pay any amount, but the weather was bad and getting worse. And even though accommodations were being provided, it was already 12 midnight and the band decided to decline the offer. They were sorry to end such a great party, but sometimes level heads must prevail for the sake of everyone's safety.

 Kingsbury Inc. corporate Holiday party 

Company parties are typically on the sedate side, as employees are reluctant to dance at the risk of appearing foolish to superiors, co-workers or dates/spouses.  Kinsgbury employees attended their 2017 Christmas party with their "plus-ones' " and from a gradual start, hearing the Vincent James Band perform their favorite songs turned these guests from diners' to "partiers", dancing their way from tables onto the dance floor.  Singing along and enthusiastic applause was the tone for the evening.  Many guests approached the stage with the most gracious compliments and appreciation that again left VJB with an empty business card holder.  The following business day started with an email that included more kind words ("....we received nothing but positive feedback during the party on Saturday night.   Your band did an awesome job – everyone loved the music!")  from the company's CEO, along with a request to reserve VJB for their 2018 Christmas party.  Many thanks and Happy Holidays to all the people at Kingsbury! ​

As the year draws to a close, the Vincent James Band continue their busy schedule and this weekend is no exception. Today they will travel to The Merion – Palazzo Ballroom in Cinnaminson, NJ to perform for the Jennifer Cross/Mark Sylvester wedding reception.  Then it's back again for the Kingsbury Inc. Holiday Party on Saturday, December 2nd at the Heroes Ballroom in Philadelphia.
